Six Commodores Earn USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors

February 4, 2026 - - Six members of the Lorain County Community College men’s cross country team placed on the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Team. The award recognizes their excellence in the classroom during the fall semester of 2025.
Men’s Cross Country Finishes 7th At NJCAA National Championships

November 8, 2025 - - The Lorain County Community College men’s cross country team competed at the NJCAA Division III National Championships on Saturday in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The meet was held in near-freezing temperatures with blizzard conditions, creating one of the most challenging races of the season.

October 24, 2025 - - The Lorain County Community College men’s cross country team raced at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region 12 Division III Championships, finishing 11th overall out of 18 teams and second among Division III programs on Friday afternoon in Goodells, Michigan.

Cross Country Competes at Ohio Wesleyan Invitational

October 5, 2025 - - The No. 7 ranked Lorain County Community College men’s cross country team continued its fall campaign with a solid showing at the Ohio Wesleyan Invitational on Friday afternoon. Competing against a mix of NCAA and NJCAA programs, the Commodores placed several runners with strong individual efforts across the 8K course.
Men’s Cross Country Competes In The All-Ohio Intercollegiate Classic

September 19, 2025 - - The Lorain County Community College men’s cross country team competed in a deep and competitive field at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate Classic hosted by Cedarville University. The Commodores placed 19th overall out of 20 complete men’s teams in the 8K race, which featured 382 runners along with 13 incomplete teams. Host Cedarville claimed the team title with 65 points.
