Recap:

The Commodores (4-8, 3-4) were cruising in set one when disaster struck.  Leading the Eagles by eight points, 18-10, the Commodores squandered the lead and Clark State fought back to tie the first set up at 23-23, eventually winning 26-24.

LCCC faced more adversity in the second set.  Clark built an early 10-5 lead only to see LCCC comeback using a 15-4 run.  A late surge by Clark forced LCCC to clamp down, eventually winning the set 25-23.

The Commodores and the Eagles battled back and forth to a 17-17 tie in the third set until LCCC was forced to call timeout after Clark took a three point lead.  That momentum carried over after the timeout with the Eagles eventually winning 25-19.

The fourth set saw both teams fight to an 8-8 tie until the Eagles started to pull away with a four point spurt to take a 12-8 lead.  LCCC made an effort to get back into the set, cutting the deficit to 15-13, but Clark State extended the lead to 20-15.  The Commodores came back again to force a timeout trailing by one, 23-24. Out the timeout, Clark connected on a kill to end the match.
