Chelsey Farris Named OCCAC Player of the Week

August 23, 2022 - - With her 21-kill debut in a Commodore uniform against the Edison State Chargers, Chelsey Farris (Elyria, Ohio/Elyria HS) earned herself top honors from the Ohio Community College Athletic Conference this week as the sophomore collected her first Player of the Week Award for the week of August 15, 2022.

The Elyria native hit .472 in the match against just four errors as the Commodores outlasted the Chargers in five sets in Piqua, Ohio on August 20, 2022.  She also collected five digs and had five solo blocks. 

The Commodores begin the home portion of their schedule when they welcome the Finger Lakes Community College Lakers into town Wednesday, August 24, 2022.
