September 1, 2025 - - The Lorain County Community College men's soccer team dropped its home opener on Friday, August 29, falling 8-0 to Terra State Community College.
Despite the tough result, the Commodores showed resilience throughout the match. Goalkeeper Steven Adams (Strongsville, Ohio/St. Edward HS) faced relentless pressure from Terra State's attack, recording 12 saves on 20 shots on goal.
Offensively, the Commodores generated a pair of scoring chances with shots from Zachary Barnes (Wellington, Ohio/Wellington HS) and Cody Adkins (Grafton, Ohio/Midview HS).
