August 28, 2025 - - The Lorain County Community College men's club soccer team fell to Lakeland Community College, 9-2, in their season opener on the road Tuesday, August 26, 2025.
Captain and defender Zach Barnes (Wellington, Ohio/Wellington HS) scored both goals for the Commodores, with Ethan Morris (Grafton, Ohio/Midview HS) assisting on one of them.
In goal, Robert Barnes (Wellington, Ohio/Wellington HS) and Steven Adams (Strongsville, Ohio/St. Edward HS) split time, with Barnes recording nine saves and Adams adding four.
Next Up:
The Commodores will continue their season this Friday when they host Terra State Community College at the LCCC Soccer Field on the Elyria campus. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 p.m.
