Commodores Come Up Just Short At Bryant & Stratton
November 20, 2025 - - The Lorain County Community College men's basketball team (0-5) fell to Bryant & Stratton College (2-4) on Wednesday evening, 84-83. The Commodores had a chance to win the game on the final possession, but the Bobcats' defense prevented LCCC from getting a shot off.
LCCC went into halftime down 39-34 and trailed by as many as 15 early in the second half, but the Commodores rallied to tie the game at 80 in the final minute.
Jayveon Roe (Euclid, Ohio/Villa Angela-St. Joseph HS) led LCCC with 31 points on 14-of-19 shooting. He added five rebounds, three assists, and one block.
Ike Rowser (Lorain, Ohio/Lorain HS) scored 13 points and collected seven rebounds, four assists, and one steal. Aven Kiliean (Lorain, Ohio/Lorain HS) added nine points, six rebounds, and a team-high 10 assists.
Tyberious Kovach (Lodi, Ohio/Cloverleaf HS) finished with seven points and three rebounds. Timothy Kikola (Vermilion, Ohio/Vermilion HS) contributed four points, four rebounds, three assists, and one block. Cameron May (Olmsted Falls, Ohio/Olmsted Falls HS) added six points and three rebounds off the bench.
Julian Daniels (Lorain, Ohio/Lorain HS) recorded six points, four rebounds, and two steals. Anthony Atkins (Cleveland, Ohio/Valley Forge HS) finished with five points, two rebounds, two assists, and one steal.
LCCC shot 51.5 percent from the field and grabbed 45 rebounds, including nine on the offensive end.
